Pat's Pizza is a cozy, restaurant that gives me neighborhood diner vibes in all the right ways. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and they treated me like family. Inside you'll find a mix of wooden tables and booths. There's plenty of space for small groups and larger parties. The beer tap list is small, but they've got the standard line-up and plenty of bottle/can options. The menu is expansive and features a lot of great options. Of course, I went with pizza. This time, I opted for the four-cheese pizza.
The pizza had a soft, thin base with chees right up to the crust. I'm a sucker for cheese that starts to caramelize on the crust due to the heat of the pan. The cheese blend is consistent and delicious, plus, there was a lot of it! They didn't skimp on the cheese. The sauce was very flavorful and slightly chunky in a good way. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Pat's Pizza and look forward to returning soon.
