Flatbread Company offers a decent woodfired pizza. They use fresh ingredients, many of which are locally sourced (a huge win in my book). The pizza itself is quite good. I went with the Jay's Heart and the crust is fluffy and full of flavor. There is extra flour on the crust that isn't necessary, but it doesn't interfere with the flavor. The cheese is tasty and the sauce is excellent. There are also plenty of spices on the pie that add an extra layer of flavor. The vegan pizza is also fantastic. It features the same great sauce and some delicious caramelized onions. Overall I was very impressed with the pizza from the Flatbread Company.
